E108 Paddy's Lake Bridge
Oct 14-15
If anyone wants to help us out with the bridge redecking, please reach out. An ATV is appreciated but not mandatory. We can arrange a ride to the site which is approx 8kms in from the road. Many hands make light work.

Pic from last year on a different bridge redecking project.
Groomer Operators Wanted
BDSC is looking for people to run our 2 groomers.
One is a BR180 and our second will be a New Holland T6 farm tractor.
We are willing to train new operators!
Having farm/heavy equipment experience is a bonus.
BDSC would like to recognize Kemp's Garage in Apsley for repairing a flat tire on the BR60 drag at no charge!!

Thank you to Kemp's Garage for helping out our groomer operator Stefan quickly get back out on the trails. We appreciate your support and generosity!! 👍
BDSC would like to recognize John Sharrard from Accelerated Technologies. He is a long time club supporter and we value his knowledge.
Our club has a Yamaha VK540 with a Happy Trails drag that we use to pack many of our trails at the beginning of the season and then groom our smaller trails when the trails open. Steering has been challenging when pulling the drag. We reached out to John and he donated 2 different sets of carbides for us to use and he also gave us some set up advice, all at no charge!!

Thank you very much John!! BDSC appreciates your support!

ps Hope you are enjoying the new E211!
Due to the heavy rain and warm temperatures, all BDSC trails have now been temporarily posted as Unavailable for riding. For your own safety, and to protect the very thin trail base, all riders need to stay off the trails until they are again posted as Available or having Limited Availability on the OFSC Interactive Trail Guide.

Compounding the problems created by warm, wet weather, both BDSC grooming units are now out of service due to breakdowns. The BR 180 is experiencing coolant leaks and the Prinoth Trooper has a broken wheel on the drag. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible, but the breakdowns may delay grooming operations once the forecast snow and colder temperatures have arrived.

Once we are able to do so, BDSC volunteers will be out checking the trail system to determine if trail status can be changed.

As always, before heading out to ride, check the OFSC Interactive Trail Guide ( ) to ensure the trails you are planning to ride are Available (Green) or have Limited Availability (Yellow).
